Information

  • 10/24 24/25 season products have arrived! We will ship in the order in which you ordered.
  • About Shipping:
    Orders placed before 8:00am Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day.
    Orders placed after 8:00am Monday to Friday will be shipped the following weekday. *No shipping on weekends or holidays.
  • Some colors and sizes are produced in small quantities. Please forgive us if they are sold out.
  • Please contact us within one week of receiving the product for size exchanges. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate requests depending on stock.
  • If you wish to exchange the product after it arrives, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
  • If you change (forward) the delivery address to an address other than that stated on the shipping label after shipment, you will be required to pay the shipping fee from the address stated on the shipping label to the new delivery address directly to the shipping company at the regular price, cash on delivery.
  • To avoid any issues, Kuroneko Members does not offer "leave at door" service.
  • Your credit card will be charged when you click the "Purchase" button. If you choose convenience store or bank transfer payment, please make your payment within the payment deadline. Please note that your reservation will be automatically cancelled if the deadline passes.
