Shipping and delivery methods
The products you order will be delivered by courier (Sagawa Express) or Click Post (Japan Post).
The shipping method will be automatically determined based on the size and shape of the product.
As a general rule, all items ship free within Japan.
If not free, the fee:
Courier service (Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport)
Shipping fee: ¥800 (tax included)
Delivery time: 1-3 business days from the date of shipment (excluding remote islands)

Delivery time
Delivery times vary depending on the product. Please check the details page for each product.
*If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship them once all items are in stock.
*Shipping operations are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
*Shipping may be delayed due to infectious diseases, factory production delays due to international conflicts, delivery delays due to imports, busy warehouses, etc. Delivery may take longer in some areas, such as Okinawa and remote islands.
Regarding forwarding, unknown address, and long-term absence
If you are not at home, the delivery company will leave a notice in your mailbox. Please collect your parcel within the storage period stated in the notice. If the storage period is exceeded or the address is unknown, the parcel will be returned to our shop.
Please note that if you wish to have the returned item redelivered, we will charge you a shipping fee or send it to you cash on delivery.
If you change (forward) the delivery address to an address other than that stated on the shipping label after shipment, you will be required to pay the shipping fee from the address stated on the shipping label to the new delivery address at the regular price (cash on delivery) to the delivery company.
About international shipping
Delivery is limited to within Japan. If you would like to have your order shipped overseas, please use sendon.com .
We do not accept returns or exchanges from overseas.
About gift delivery
You can set your delivery address to a location other than your home address.
However, please note that an invoice showing the amount will always be attached.
Additionally, we do not offer gift wrapping services.
Payment Method
You can pay by one of the following methods:

Payment can be made by credit card.
Accepted cards: VISA, MASTER, AMERICAN EXPRESS
Payment fee: Free *Payments cannot be made in installments when placing an order.
If you wish to pay in installments, please contact your credit card company.
・Convenience store payment
This method involves notifying the convenience store of the number required for payment, and then either verbally telling the number to the convenience store clerk when paying, or printing out a payment slip at the store's terminal, and the payment is then completed.
Payment fee: ¥190 (tax included)
*Please make payment within 3 days. If the payment deadline is exceeded, your order will be automatically canceled.
・Paidy (deferred payment)
- No credit card or prior registration required.
- Just enter your email address and mobile number and shop now.
- No matter how many times you shop in a month, you can pay in one lump sum the following month.
- Payment can be made by the 10th of the following month via convenience store payment, bank transfer or direct debit.
[How to use]
① Select "Pay Later" as your payment method and enter your email address and mobile number.
② Enter the 4-digit authentication code sent via SMS to complete your purchase.
③ You will be notified of the billing amount via email and SMS between the 1st and 3rd of the following month.
④ Please pay by the 10th of the following month via convenience store payment, bank transfer, or direct debit.

Cancellation and Returns Policy
■ Cancellations and returns are not accepted unless there is a defect in the product.
In the unlikely event that we have delivered a defective product, please contact us and we will replace it immediately.
Eligible for return or exchange
・There is a defect that significantly impairs the functionality of the product (e.g. sewing mistakes, broken parts, etc.) ・There is a defect that significantly impairs the design of the product (e.g. contamination) ・The product you received is different from the one you ordered ・The product specifications (size, etc.) are different from those stated on the product page → We apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact us using the form , stating your name, order number, and whether you would like to return or exchange the product.
Not eligible for return or exchange
・Fraying, scratches, stains, improper thread finishing, etc. in inconspicuous places such as the lining ・Wrinkles or creases that can be repaired with an iron ・Order mistakes due to customer carelessness ・The color or size is different from what was expected ・Items that have been worn and taken out ・Items that have been washed more than once ・Items that have been delivered more than 7 days ago ・Items without product tags or original boxes ・Items that have been returned without prior notice
・If we are unable to determine whether the returned item is defective after checking the returned item
- Items purchased outside our shop: As a general rule, we cannot accept returns, so please check carefully before ordering.
In order to prioritize affordable prices, the products in our shop are delivered with simple inspection and simple packaging.
Also, wrinkles during transportation are unavoidable.
Please be aware of this before purchasing.
We will accept returns if you contact us by email within 8 days of receiving the product.
- Return handling fee: 10% of the returned item price (including tax)
- Return shipping costs (via traceable courier)
- Shipping fee/cash on delivery fee etc.
After inspecting the product, we will refund you the amount minus the above fees.
Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange an item for the same size and color as the item you ordered from our EC shop, we will do so if we have it in stock. Please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the item to confirm whether an exchange is possible.
If possible, we will inform you of the return address. The shipping fee for the return (trackable courier) will be borne by the customer. Please send the return within 7 days after we inform you of the return address.
If you do not return the item within a long period of time, we will not be able to exchange it.
Exchanges are limited to unused items with tags still attached. Items that are dirty or smelly cannot be exchanged.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and if there are no problems we will ship you a replacement item.
